kitchen and Balconies.

DOORS
Entrance door with teak wood shutter and frame
all doors frames with MT WOOD,SHUTTER OF
MASONITE AND FLUSH DOOR.

WINDOWS
UPVC window frame and shutter fitted with pin
head figured white glass and MS 8mm square
bar or pipe for safety grills.

ELECTRICAL
Finolex or polycab wiring or equivalent with
modular switches.

SANITARY
SWR and CPVC material with ISI mark fixtures.
Fitting will be Jaquar / Parryware / CERA

PAINTING
For internal walls lappam finishing with plastic
emulsion paint for external walls with Apex and
for doors with enamel paint.

TOILETS
Anti skid ceramic tile flooring, Glazed tiles

Construction Honored with AGC Builders

Last night, Construction was honored to accept a Best Builders Award from the Associated General Contractors of Vermont for the construction of the $31.3 million Vermont Public Health Laboratory. There is so much to celebrate about this project – from both a construction and community perspective – and it was so gratifying to have that impact formally recognized in the contracting community.
